Tiffany Hoff brings over 16 years of experience in banking and financial services to her role as Chief Operations Officer and Financial Advisor. She began her career in banking before transitioning into financial services, and in 2012, she joined Dave Mirabito. Since then, Tiffany has played a pivotal role in the firm’s growth and success. Her strategic leadership has helped guide the formation of Mirabito Financial Group, facilitate multiple office relocations, and support the expansion of the team
Within her role as COO Tiffany leads internal policy development, ensures operational efficiency, and aligns the firm’s growth strategies with both client needs and regulatory requirements. She also specializes in employer-sponsored retirement plans. Tiffany holds securities and life insurance licenses and has earned the Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist™ (CRPS™) designation.
Outside of work hours Tiffany enjoys traveling, experiencing diverse cultures through food and spending time with her family. She has served as a coach and cheer commissioner for Baldwinsville Pop Warner and is a member of her daughter’s PTA group and is always looking to further her education. Being born abroad in a military family Tiffany has a love for travel and is always looking forward to a trip.
